When To Workout?

Trying to decide what time to workout?  If you should do it first thing in the morning or wait after work? Well listen to your body for clues.  Your body clock can be the best guide in helping you determine when the best time for you to workout is to produce the best results!  You want to workout when you have the most energy.  So if you’re a morning person, schedule your workout early; otherwise, if you’re anything like me a night owl, plan it for later in the evening.
