Go Nuts for Firmer Skin

Want firmer skin? Eat Brazil nuts! Why are these tasty nuts so great for the skin? They contain the miracle mineral selenium which helps the skin maintain firmness and elasticity.  A word of caution: you only need to have 1 or 2 nuts a day to benefit because the selenium is so concentrated.
