Save Your Back

Over 20 million people suffer from back pain! Here is how you can prevent this from happening to you.

Take quick breaks by lying down on the floor for just 2-3 minutes a few times a day-do this especially at night instead of sitting on a couch.  As simple as it sounds, it really works!  Think about how much time you spend sitting, compressing your back all day.  Sitting increases the pressure in the lower back nearly 2 times your body weight!  So give your back a rest from the constant compression several times during the day.
