Smell Delicious at the Gym

Phwwweeee! What’s that stench?  In my opinion there is nothing worse than working out in a room that reeksssss  of strong body odor!  All those sweaty body parts crammed in a small room you can only imagine the smell.

If you’re looking to smell a little more yummy while sweating it up, the suggestions in this post might be helpful.

Here is to always smelling like a million bucks.  “Smell like a woman work like man”

  • Take a shower before working out
  • Wear deodorant/antiperspirant
  • Apply body lotion before working out.  This is my favorite thing to do which I learned from my sister Huda.  When choosing a scent, just make sure to avoid lotions that have strong fragrances as they’ll come out more when you sweat.
  • Spray your gym shoes with deodorant foot spray
  • Wear loose fitting gym clothes made of 100% cotton.  Make sure to always wear clean clothes because if your clothes smell at all the stench will come out in full force when you begin to sweat.

A word of caution: Men love nice smelling women so be careful you might attract some weirdos so use at your own risk 🙂
