Carbs = Fat Burn

Did you know that carbs help with weight loss?

Studies show that fat burns better when carbs are present in the diet!

Of course not all carbs were created equal-it’s ok to eat complex carbs such as whole grains, brown rice, but simple carbs such as white potatoes, white rice, white bread should be avoided or limited.
