Her Diet

“I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day.”

Her Workout

She works out with a trainer 3 times a day, 5 days a week and does 1000 stomach crunches daily.  “I was working with male trainers and recently switched to a woman because she knew how to lean me out better.”

At her recent concert in London, the pop star looked a little chunky and bloated.  Since old habits die hard maybe she has returned to her old eating habits.  Her weaknesses are Starbucks Frappuccinos and chocolate!
