Bye Bye Bye Cellulite!

Have Cellulite? The best exercise to get rid of fat is interval training!  Try Jessica Biel’s cellulite/fat demolishing cardio workout.  She warms up by jogging for a few minutes, than sprinting—“2 sets of 200 meter sprints, 2 sets of 150 meter sprints, and 2 sets of 100 meter sprints.”  Make sure to take short rests.

Combine it with strength training 2-3 times a week with five exercises for the upper body and five for the lower body and you will have a sexier body in no time.

    I have horrible cellulite and I have tried everything and nothing has worked 😦 are you sure this will work? Do you know of any good creams?

      there are three great exercises: touchdown (step into a wide lunge and touch the ground with your hands, repeat); go down to hands/elbows (you decide) and knees and raise one leg, then switch; go down to hands/elbows and knees and draw big circles with your leg, then switch
