Lose the Flab!

Lose weight slowly if you want to avoid looking flabby! Don’t lose more than 2 pounds a week.  For a more gorgeous and toned body, weight lift!  Ladies I can’t emphasis enough how important it is to build lean muscle!  Don’t be afraid of bulking up (lift light and do a lot of reps).  Learn how to boost your metabolism and say goodbye to flab forever!
