Get a Lifted Booty W/Squats

Exercise is poor man’s plastic surgery.  Have you all heard that saying?  It’s so true!  Exercise not only makes you feel great but it can transform your body keeping everything more firm, tight, and toned!

If you want to keep your butt from drooping (think JLO or Jessica Biel) but don’t want to go under the knife try squats!  Squats should be the go to move for everyone because they engage more muscles than any other move.  They work the thighs (quads, hamstrings, outer thighs), butt, and core (abdominals and the muscles that support your spine).  If you have never squatted before, check out the right way to perform squats for your fitness level.

    I know squats are amazing for shaping the butt but I hate doing them. Is there any other exercise you can do?
