Guess who the body above belongs to?  Hint: this once brow-raising wrestler is now wooing the ladies with his acting.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is right!  Being on the big screen he had to tone up his body even more (camera adds on weight), he lost 20 pounds and slashed his body fat from 14 to 7%!  How?  His trainer Billy Beck upped his workout to 4 body parts per workout (training each body part 3 times a week rather than once) and cut back on the cardio.
