Get Rid of Belly Fat

Do you gain most of your weight in the belly area? Here’s help for controlling belly fat!

  • Do moderate activity (any activity which raises your heart rate) for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week.  Aerobic exercise can significantly slow how much visceral (belly) fat you gain.
  • Eat more fiber! Research shows that eating 10 grams of soluble fiber per day, even without making any other diet changes, will allow you to gain less belly fat over time.  What’s 10 grams amount to? Visit wehealny.org for a list of common foods fiber & calorie content.

    Hi, i have a doubt. can a person of that size in the picture shown above, lose all that belly fat just with exercise alone or would they require surgery to get a flat belly…like honestly?

    Great post! Love your blog Alya! Can you do a post on what is the best way to relieve sore muscles? I exercised a lot the other day and now it kills me to even walk. Please help. Thanks
