Water = Skinny?

Can drinking a tall glass of water before each meal help you lose weight?

“A study published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found that adults who drank a large glass of water before meals ate an average of 75 fewer calories at that meal. While it might not seem like much, a 75 calorie deficit at lunch and dinner may lead to more than 14 pounds lost during a year!”
