When to Weigh Yourself?

You’ve been dieting and exercising for some time now! Weigh to GO :)!  You’re so excited to step on the scale but to your dismay the scale barley budges! O:  Don’t rely on the scale as an indication on how much weight you have lost, see how your clothes fit because you could have put on some muscle and muscle will make you weigh more.  Also it matters when you weigh yourself.  Next time do the following suggestions.

Weigh yourself ONLY once  a week or less is even better!  Don’t become obsessed with weighing yourself, it can be very discouraging to your weight loss efforts.  To get the must accurate number, weigh yourself on the same day and time.  Make sure to do it first thing in the morning before eating or drinking and prior to plunging into your daily activities.
