HIIT for a Super Toned Body

The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a method of exercising that makes the body burn fat quickly and gain muscle at the same time. HIIT makes the most out of your workout because it uses short intervals with high-intensity that’s always followed by longer and low-intensity intervals. HIIT works so well in losing weight and building muscles fast because it keeps the body guessing. Your body is never given a chance to be complacent because it is always working hard to keep up with the changing pace.  HIIT intervals only last for 20 minutes (or even less) but you will still burn the same amount of calories as you would in an hour-long workout. Furthermore, HIIT will speed up your metabolism. You will burn calories even after a workout.  It is how many celebs get their bodies super toned.  Jessica Biel and Matthew McConaughey are big fans.
