Rihanna Wants to Bring Sexy Bum Back!

A while back Rihanna’s father called her fat and that made her want to go on a diet.  She lost weight and looks slimmer-good thing right? Wrong!  She lost her favorite body part :O and she wants it back! She explains in People Magazine: 

“I’m working on getting my butt back. It used to be my favorite body part, but now it’s disappeared! I’m eating everything. I’ve been eating ice cream and fast food and Italian food.”

“I’m going to have to start hiking or at least going on the elliptical or walking on an incremental treadmill or horseback riding. Something that firms the butt.”

If you need to shed the pounds but you don’t want to lose your curves, lose weight slowly (1 to 2 pounds a week) and make sure to lift weights.  If you want to gain weight, just follow the suggestions in Bodacious Babe post.
