Celebs Get Skinny Trick: Vinegar shots

Vinegar boosts metabolism. Cuts Cravings. Aids in weight loss. Cleanses the body. Reduces bloating. Sounds AMAZING!!! Can vinegar really do all of these things? 

Researchers in Japan found that when mice were given acetic acid, the main component in vinegar, they did not gain body fat even when they ate a high fat diet. Results were published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
Another study that appeared in the European Journal of Clinical Nutritionshowed that vinegar taken prior to a meal lowered study participants’ insulin responses and increased their feelings of fullness. This response, combined with vinegar’s purported metabolism raising acetic acid, may result to greater calorie burning and increased weight loss.

Well before you go out and drink straight up vinegar shots like Megan Fox, Fergie, & Cindy Crawford (that’s how they detox & lose weight) Remember that fad diets provide temporary weight loss & are dangerous.  At all cost avoid THEM!  Consult your doctor before adding vinegar to your diet.
