Guess who the body above belongs to? Hint: This bootylicious babe was once a member of an R&B girl group until she ventured out on her own.

Beyonce is right.  WOW I can’t believe how great she looks just 2 months after giving birth to baby Blue Ivy.  From looking at pics of her in the bandage dress, she looks like she’s already back to her pre-pregnancy shape.  How did she do it?  She started exercising 6 weeks after giving birth.  She is determined to lose the 40 pounds she gained by working her ass off (literally!) with intense, four-hour-a-day workouts.  She wakes up at 5 a.m. to get in her first workout of the day.  Her trainer has her do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, dance.  As far as diet is concerned, Beyonce eats six small, high-protein meals a day, such as egg-white omelets and protein shakes.
