Get Flat Abs!

hello alya,, i hope yr doing great,, my question is how to i keep my tummy flat and have it even flater? what do i need to stop eating?

This has to be my number one asked question. It seems that many people are on the quest to make their abs FLATTER! What does it take to get abs that look just as fab sitting as they do while standing?

I just can’t emphasis enough the importance of diet!  IDK if you have ever heard of the quote that abs are made in the kitchen? What you eat plays a huge role on how you look! Weight loss/flat abs is 70% diet and 30% exercise! This doesn’t mean you should stop exercising. Exercise is necessary for heart health, mood, helping you look great naked, plus helps you take the weight off faster!

Also doing just ab exercises is not enough! You can work your abs until the cows come home, but if you have a belly, your abs won’t show. To budge the belly fat, you have to look at what you eat and how active you are. In other words, eat less and move more.
