Help for Hair Loss!

Is your hair falling out more than normal? Have you recently started following a very low calorie diet? Did you know that fad diets can cause hair loss! WHY?  They are often low in hair saving vitamins such as vitamin A, omega-3 fatty acids, & zinc causing hair to stop growing, become dull and even fall out. So next time you’re tempted to drop the pounds fast with the latest fad diet, DON”T do it!
