Weight Loss Tea

Want to boost your metabolism and get a teeny tiny waist? Drink the below concoction 2x daily-first thing in the morning before breakfast & before bed.

Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in 1 cup of boiling water.  Stir well making sure that all the cinnamon dissolves.  If it doesn’t, you might want to put the mixture in a teapot and place on the stove for a few minutes.  Add a little honey to sweeten if needed.

To lose weight, you will need to do more than just drink this tea.  You still have to exercise and eat healthy!
