How Much Exercise Needed To Burn off The Food!

You went out with a couple of your besties last night and the word diet completely slipped your mind going to town stuffing your face with chocolate cake, deep fried appetizers and entrees. Now you want to do something before you can’t fit into your skinny jeans anymore! The best thing that works for me when I go on a binge eating spree is EXERCISE! I LOVE to eat and sometimes I just don’t have any self-control and exercise is what keeps me from gaining any weight!

So how long should you exercise? That depends on a few factors: how many calories you took in, type and intensity of exercise, and how much you weigh (heavier bodies burn more calories).

I have included tables below which list some of the most common treats and some of the most popular forms of exercise and show how much exercise is required to burn off the treat.

WOW just look at how long it takes to burn a slice of mud cake! Choose your calories wisely unless you want to spend all day in the gym.

    Hi dear , u want to know my good weight how much should I be knowing that am 26 years and 170. Cm with 75 Kg , also how long should I do exercise a day if I want to lose at least 10 Kg in 3 months if it is possible 
