Want to know a delicious trick many celebs use to fight the bulge and combat their sweet cravings? Yummy peanut butter!

I love eating peanut butter. I put it on/in just about everything 🙂 jk but I do love it on rice cakes, just by itself with a glass of milk, or on apple slices.

Here is a super easy & super healthy to make snack that fights cancer and many other diseases, boosts metabolism, & fights fat.

Peanut Butter & Apple Sandwich

Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Medium Apple
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the apple and on a cutting board or plate cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rounds into 2 slices. Remove the core and seeds.
  2. Smear the peanut butter on top of each slice.
  3. Press the slices down gently to make a sandwich.

    What can you replace peanut butter with? I am allergic.
