Get Fired Up!

Get energized in minutes! Do this easy to do yoga move daily when you’re feeling low on energy.

Sit cross-legged or in a chair with feet flat. Clasp your hands together and lock your thumbs. Hold hands in front of heart center. Inhale 3 short breaths through mouth and then exhale 1 long breath through nose. Tighten and relax the grip of your hands to the rhythm of your breath. Continue for 1 to 3 minutes.

    i tried this but i think i was doing it wrong, is there a video or explanation on youtube or somewhere? i really want to do it. because i have no energy.
