Hey hi..
I had tried evrything in this world :( to lose weight….
E.g grapefruit diet
Lemonade diet
Raw food diet only *friday is my day* for eatin anythin I want :D
Evry day doing excersice + 1 hour walk :(
N I sleep more thn 9 hrs. :D
Bt NOTHING is workin for me :(
M damn upset ..everyone laughs on me..
Plzz help me sis.. I love yu n huda so much…daily visitin yur n huda’s blog… <3. :*

So glad you’re visiting our blogs and doing some of the recommendations. If you’re doing everything and still not losing weight, I suggest you get checked out by a doctor to make sure everything is ok. If you have a thyroid problem, that can keep you from losing weight.

Concerning weight loss, it depends on how many calories you’re eating daily. It doesn’t matter if you’re eating healthy if you are taking in more calories than you’re burning off. If you’re not sure how many calories you should be consuming daily, use a calorie calculator.

To lose 1 pound of fat per week, you need to reduce or burn off 3,500 calories from your diet each week. That means 500 less calories per day, and the easiest way to do this each day is by cutting out 250 calories from your diet and burning 250 through exercise (Calories Burned – Activity Calculator). To make sure that your total calories are not under 1200, you must eat at least 1700 calories daily (1700-500=1200). Eating less than 1200 calories daily WILL slow down the metabolism and fat-burning process. When the body is starved, it begins storing everything that is consumed. And the horrible thing is as soon as you start eating again (you won’t be able to sustain a very low calorie diet for any extended period of time) your body is still going to be in the “starvation” mode and it is not so easy to speed it back up (think YOYO dieting)!

Some great calorie burners include swimming, running, and stair master. However I am a firm believer in doing what you enjoy!

    Hi your blog is very good there’s a lot of advice but i have a question i have an excess of fat in the lower belly it’s hawful each time i am loosing weight or making sport it ‘s still here
