Late Night Snacking: Do’s & Don’ts!
You have been watching what you eat all day but while sitting in front of the TV you get the sudden urge to indulge in some late night snacking (those darn food commercials)! Oh NO!! There goes my diet! Before you throw in towel remember that eating at night doesn’t have to spell doom for your diet. How? By eating easily to digest foods and keeping portions small (about 200 calories or less) where you are eating just enough to alleviate your hunger.
