Who has time to spend hours or all day in the gym?  Want to burn lots of calories and firm every muscle in your body with 1 exercise?  Try swimming!  It burns from 400-700 calories an hour.

    Swimming really is effective…but how in the world do v get rid of the chlorine after effects? (skin darkening and damaged hair)

      As for damaged hair, that is a problem from all the chlorine, what I do is wear a swimmers cap. If you don’t want to do that, rinse yourself off immediately after swimming. This will cause less damage. Also see the following link http://swimming.about.com/od/hairandskincare/tp/hair_skin_care.htm They offer products that might help; I have never tried them. I wasn’t aware that swimming causes your skin to darken. You can use a full body swimming suit.
