Looking for a super fun way to burn a ton of calories?  Do what celebs like Michelle Obama, Marisa Tomei, Beyonce, Charlize Theron, Hayden Panettiere, and Liv Tyler do to whittle their waists!  They have all discovered the magic of hula hooping.

You can burn 100 calories in as little as 10 min or 600 calories (as much as running) in an hr with a weighted hula hoop! Swivel and twirl your way to a trimmer, slimmer, and sexier you.  I love workouts that do it all-get your cardio in while saying good bye to your love handles and stomach.  Hula hooping really targets the dreaded mid-section which is a problem area for many.
